A few things worth mentioning from my life in 2006.

Graduated from UW

I graduated from the University of Washington w/a Bachelor of Science in Informatics. I am the only person in my family to graduate from a four-year institution; others have got their AA or AS from community college, but I am the first to obtain a bachelor’s degree!

New Job

After a number of applications and interviews, I started my first real job: Technology Administrator for Facilities Services at the University of Washingon. I know, I know, but I need to get my money back!

Gaming

I got a PS3 and a Wii! Getting the Wii was quite an adventure. I didn’t get to have the adventure; I had to go to work. But my Grandma, sister, and girlfriend waited in front of Walmart (yuck!) all night to grab a few! I am surrounded by amazing women!
